About the Job
The Training Ambassador helps in the design of training development programs, as well as conducts, implements, organizes, delivers, and reviews training programs to improve employee performance and ensures organizational productivity. The ideal candidate will be involved with the delivery of content for various types of training, i.e. participant materials, videos, practical exercises, and interactive e-learning.
As Training Ambassador, You Will
- Support the implementation of Learning amp; Development programs across all areas
- Deliver training live and on-demand for programs using recognized training techniques and tools
- Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods
- Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
- Track and report on training outcomes
- Handle logistics for training activities, including venues and equipment
- Assist/support the training needs assessment process for new and existing employees
- Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs
- Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
- Liaise with subject matter experts or others regarding instructional design
- Develop training aids, such as presentation materials, handouts, and workbooks
- Manage and stay organized within existing training budgets
- Maintain in house training facilities and equipment
- Stay current on training design and methodologies
Requirements
As Training Ambassador, You Have
- BS/BA in Education or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience (required)
- Certificate of Lamp;D, or adult education and learning development (preferred)
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
- At least 6 months of experience in teaching at any level (required)
- Experience in teaching adult learners or applying training techniques (preferred)
- Knowledge in adult learning principles in training design, presentation, teaching and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-suite
- Advanced written and verbal English skills
- Strong live facilitation and public speaking skills
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong ability to deliver on tight deadlines
- Ability to quickly adapt to new content and expertise
- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work with diverse population base
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to work autonomously with initiative
