About the Job

The Reporting Analyst Team Leader will be responsible for the reporting and analysis functions within the Company as well as developing Junior/Reporting Analysts. This position is also responsible for creating processes, reports, and analyses to assess future Company needs, as well as developing standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency.


As Reporting Analyst Leader, You Will

  • Delegate tasks and set project deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day team operation and performance
  • Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
  • Develop a well designed and motivating evaluation program
  • Communicate with teams about their performance
  • Monitor team performance
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Build/design standard KPI Dashboards or Reports
  • Provide insights to departments on the trends, values and attributes that emerge from the reports compiled
  • Audit reports and dashboards to see if they meet the specific needs of the varying departments and teams to all levels of leadership
  • Provide the company with reporting completion dates for ad-hoc reports and analysis
  • Keep up to date with current business model and processes of the company
  • Ensure a high quality/accuracy/standard of work and service
  • Contribute actively to internal meetings as requested

Requirements

As Reporting Analyst Leader, You Have

  • A post-secondary degree or certificate with a focus on Business Administration (a combination of work experience and education will be considered)
  • 1-2 years experience in the contact center and/or customer service industry
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • The ability to use spreadsheet applications to maintain and develop operational reporting
  • Exceptional time management, organizational and prioritization skills to complete work in a timely manner
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team setting within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Adaptability to learn a variety of software programs
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
