We are changing the way people think about customer service, and we need your help! 24-7 Intouch, one of the world’s leading outsourcing companies, is seeking a Recruiter to find the best candidates for our partners. This position also plays an instrumental role in providing the best experience for new hires by helping with the on-boarding process and making sure orientation runs smoothly.

As a Recruiter, You Will

• Partner with Recruiting Managers to determine staffing needs
• Interact with applicants amp; respond to initial inquiries
• Process and track applicant job submissions
• Conduct amp; request tests needed for hiring
• Recommend ways of improving recruiting process
• Participate in job fairs amp; hiring events
• Build relationships with internal employees
• Ensure orientation and the on-boarding process runs smoothly

Requirements

As a Recruiter, You Have

• 2-3 years recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment or related industry
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• A love for interacting with diverse groups of people
• Extreme organization skills and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy
• Ability to handle a high volume of work
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Strong computer skills and ability to do intermediate mathematical functions
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
