We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our Accounting amp; Payroll team. We’re looking for someone with the vision, experience and passion to make a tangible contribution to our entrepreneurial culture. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and a drive to deliver accurate results for our management team and clients.

As Accounting Assistant, You Will

• Process accounts payable which includes invoice processing, vendor maintenance, payment processing, etc.
• Provide month end accounting support
• File, organize and enter data
• Support billing administration
• Perform general administrative duties
• Be responsible for other accounting related tasks as needed

Requirements

As Accounting Assistant, You Have.

• A University and/or College diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in office management and/or in an accounting role
• Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal amp; written
• Excellent organizational amp; time management skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
