About the Job

We are looking for a Junior IT Manager who will be responsible for engaging with internal and external clients and guarantee the IT team service levels and key metrics are accomplished.

As Junior IT Manager, You Will

  • Manage IT staff including recruitment, performance management, team building, and termination
  • Coordinate and execute weekly deployment, Jira Tickets (WFH and WFS environment), and on-site support (operations needs in terms of equipment, troubleshooting, etc)
  • Oversight for guaranteeing all systems, policies, and security procedures
  • Support the implementations team to guarantee success on processes, tools, resources, etc, for new clients or expansion
  • Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
  • Guarantee the business continuity planning in terms of IT
  • Accountable for tracking and organization of all assets (inventory)
  • Provide support for the entire IT department and company

Requirements

As Junior IT Manager, You Have

  • Post-secondary or completion of post-secondary education in a related field
  • At least 2 years experience working in an IT setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to speak to executives, clients, and technical staff at their level
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong time management, change management, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Detailed oriented, organized with technical design and documentation skills
  • Technology specialist and a team player with ability to multitask
  • Ability to learn new technologies on the fly in a dynamic environment
