As the next Sales Support Specialist at FundThrough, you will play a crucial role in maintaining open, clear, and constant communication with clients to help navigate the onboarding and credit process. Your main responsibilities include reviewing documents to ensure they meet our standards and managing communication to request additional information or provide updates on application status. You will also be responsible for handling incoming client messages via email and website chat, and following up on all sales deals to ensure completion and proper follow-up.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Process Management: Facilitate the smooth flow of deals from sales to the Underwriting Team and ensure all necessary documentation and information is complete and meets the company's standards
  • Document Analysis: Analyze documents submitted by clients to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines. Identify any discrepancies or missing information and communicate with clients for resolution
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients via email, chat, or phone to request additional information or provide updates on their application status. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all client interactions
  • Chat Support: Respond to incoming client messages through the company website's chat platform. Provide timely and helpful information to clients and escalate issues as needed
  • Deal Follow-Up: Monitor the progress of deals and ensure timely completion. Follow up with internal teams and clients to address any outstanding issues and provide updates
  • Timely Transaction Management: efficiently managing time-sensitive client applications, and ensuring accurate processing of demanding situations. This involves prioritizing tasks, coordinating with teams, and maintaining a healthy workflow

Requirements

  • Passion for our mission of empowering small businesses to thrive
  • Strong English reading and writing proficiency, Level C1 and above.
  • 3 years of client-facing experience in sales support, or a similar role.
  • A desire to help the team succeed
  • Analytical skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipefy).
